Our Coming Show:

| Puritans

Author: Austin Tichenor

Director: Daniel Mothershed

A long-lost Bible from the time of Shakespeare holds the key to a centuries-old mystery, and past and present merge when Sally and Jake inherit their 400-year-old ancestral home. It’s history as farce – THE CRUCIBLE meets NOISES OFF – as 6 actors play 19 characters across 12 generations, and time periods overlap in a uniquely theatrical multi-generational family dramedy where the two siblings (and their ancestors) must reconcile their pasts to secure their legacy.

Performance Dates:        September 3, 4, 5, 10, 11 12     7:00 p.m.

All shows are in the outdoor theatre or the main sanctuary. Both sites are ADA accessible. Prices are $20 for general admission, $15 for students and seniors. There will be refreshments at intermission, and a cash bar before each play and during intermission. Though you are welcome to drop in to any showing, you may make a reservation to guarantee you have a good seat by calling 970-573-6332.

Intentional Theatre

Each summer since 2010 we have produced a show to raise funds for organizations in our community that do the important work to provide everyone with the necessary resources to live a productive and dignified life. We occupy a unique space in the theater arts in our community.

“Ars Gratia Justitia Socialis” – “Art for the Sake of Social Justice” is our motto.

Each fall/winter since 2015 we have produced a show to raise funds for the theatre to pay our expenses, which includes the wonderful new outdoor space for our summer productions.
